# Quality Engineering and Assurance

Speed without quality is just faster failure. The organisations that ship with confidence treat quality as an engineering discipline, not a gatekeeping function. We embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle - the foundation that makes speed possible.

We build quality practices that scale with your teams: automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipeline optimisation, performance engineering, and security testing. Every release meets the standards your users and regulators expect.

Unit, integration, end-to-end, exploratory - our teams bring expertise across every testing discipline. We implement frameworks, establish quality metrics, and work alongside your engineers to build the habits and tooling for sustained, high-quality delivery.

## Our approach

We assess your current quality practices against a maturity model: from manual, ad-hoc testing through to fully automated, continuous quality. The gap analysis produces a practical improvement plan that your teams can execute incrementally without disrupting delivery.

Our engineers embed directly into your development teams rather than operating as a separate function. We write tests alongside feature code, configure CI pipelines to catch regressions early, and establish quality gates that give teams confidence to ship frequently.

## Who this is for

- Engineering teams shipping frequently but lacking confidence in release quality
- Organisations scaling their development teams and needing quality practices that grow with them
- Regulated industries where every release must meet auditable compliance standards

## FAQ

### What does your QA process actually involve - manual testing, automation, or both?

Both, applied where each does the most good - automated testing for coverage and regression across your codebase, manual testing for the judgment calls automation misses, like usability and edge cases specific to your business. The mix is tailored to your system, not a fixed template applied to every project.

### Can you embed QA into our existing development pipeline, or does it require a rebuild?

We embed into your existing pipeline wherever possible - integrating with your current CI/CD setup, ticketing, and release process rather than asking you to adopt new tooling. Where your pipeline has genuine gaps that limit quality, we'll tell you directly and recommend the smallest change that closes them.

### What kinds of issues does your QA process typically catch before launch?

Functional bugs, performance bottlenecks under real load, security gaps, and usability friction that internal teams often miss because they're too close to the product. Catching these before launch is significantly cheaper than fixing them after your users find them.

### Is QA a one-off engagement, or do you offer ongoing support?

Both models work - a focused engagement ahead of a major release, or an ongoing partnership where QA runs continuously alongside your development cycle. Continuous QA tends to deliver more value over time, since issues get caught at the point they're introduced rather than accumulating.
